SIBLINGS
Leaves that know their roots
Each leaf, a route
To light
As each wants to fly like a kite
The tender
The feeble
The brave
All hands hug to make a fence
As they tender to each other’s pains
Tributaries from the hills
As a heart feels what the other feels
Making them glow like the sun
As they together have fun
There exist an order
For their eyes watch each other
From the head to the last
So as to enable each get on top fast
AWA JEROME is an eclectic and budding writer. His poetic works has become a guilty pleasure hence the feature. Hopefully i’ll feature him more often.
